Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, substitute for Hillary Clinton??
Is John McCain serious about this? Is this the result of the pollsters out there?? Do they really think that we can replace Hillary Clinton with another younger, pretty face. In case you haven’t heard, John McCain has selected Governor Sarah Palin of Alaska as his Vice Presidential selection today. I keep searching to find some information about her, but the only thing that sticks out is “soccer mom” and the controversy over her ex-brother-in-law. So much for blasting Obama for the “lack of experience”. What type of experience is Palin coming in with?? I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

You have to admit that Sarah Palin is pretty hot (remember she was in the Ms. Alaska Pageant) and MUCH BETTER on the eyes than Joe Biden. Oh and wait until you see the bikini pics!!! NOT BAD for a mother of 5.

What? Is this guy serious? She is the Goevenor of Alaska. What haapened to all the talk about Obama not being qualified. Is this woman qualified. Lets face it John Mcain is 72 years old, people die around this age suddenly. What happens if he passes away? We would have the mayor of somwhere Alaska and 2 year Govenor of the state. You would have her in control of issues in Russia and China…..I am afraid…Oh yeah I forgot. She does have that degree in Journalism from Idaho that she can lean back upon….I guess this might be a good thing. It is letting the world know that to be the 2nd most powerful person in the United States you don’t need that much of a record…where do I sign up? This is almost funny. I heard it on the radio and I thought they were kidding……It is not funny…it is SCARY

If you are a real democrat you would vote for Obama but from the way you write and spell I am not shocked that you won’t vote for Obama. 8 more years of Bush…..You know it is true

Are you serious … “riding on the caot tiles of a black nomination” It’s coat tails doofas,… And most of us don’t see a black man up there we see an amazing leader who happens to be black. Take a look around your neighborhood.. see the families effected by members heading off for their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, trip back to Iraq…. check out the value of your home, How much are you paying for health care, if you’re lucky enough to have it,… and from the looks of your grammer ….shcool wasn’t all the effective.
Somethings gotta give…. Bush’s leadership flat-lined our hope. I can’t see McCain/Palin raising our spirits much.

Keep in mind that you are voting for President and not Vice President. Who would you rather have getting On-the-Job training, Obama as President, or Palin as Vice President. Too, if you want Hillary to have a real shot at winning anytime soon, your best shot would be McCain winning this election and Hillary getting her chance in 2012. If Obama gets in for a first term there is a good likelyhood that he will take a second and that will be a long wait for your first choice to get her shot. Imagine if he screws it up so bad that the Dems are thought of as the Republicans are now. Think stradegy here.

I agree with Aaron, Paul V is wrong,
Just say it straight, although you implied it throughout your “writing”, you don’t want to vote for Obama because of the same reason you claim he won the nomination, riding on the coat tails (check the spelling) of Blacks. I would appreciate you saying you are not voting for him because he is Black, because I could respect that more than your illogical (big word, right?) reasons. If you are a Democrat, and listened to Obama last night, you would see that he was quite clear. Unless you just didn’t understand the big words. To say you would vote for Hitler before Obama says it all. We know what Hitler did to the Jews and for you to say that, proves that you have nothing but racism and malice in your heart and would sacrifice this country because of it. Thank God there are people in this country who can see beyond race and vote for the change this country needs. Obama ‘08!
